• 1. Is the Encodian Power Automate Connector Free?

  Please refer to the ‘Pricing’ section of this page. We provide several different subscription tiers, the ‘Free’ plan is available for ‘Free’ and there are no functional differences between the ‘Free’ plan and any other plan.

  To access the ‘Free’ plan, simply complete the trial form. Upon expiration of your 30-day trial, your subscription will automatically move to the ‘Free’ plan unless you have purchased a paid subscription.

• 4. How do I get an API Key?

  To obtain an API Key simply complete the trial sign-up form

• 5. What counts as an action?

  An action is simply a single use of an Encodian Flowr action in Power Automate or a conversion action using Encodian Vertr in SharePoint Online. For more details please review the following article What is an Encodian action?

• 6. When does my credit renew?

  All subscription action allocations are renewed on the 1st day of the month. This is true even if you have created your trial mid-month.

• 7. How can I purchase additional actions / how long are they valid for?

  Additional actions are purchased through the Encodian account portal and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

• 8. Can I cancel or downgrade my subscription?

  Yes, but please be aware that new and upgraded monthly subscriptions are subject to a minimum 3-month term and annual subscriptions are subject to a minimum 12-month term. For further details please review section 7 of the Terms of Service

• 10. Which Data Centre locations can I choose from?

  Enterprise and Custom plans allow you to choose from Encodian’s available Data Centre locations which are currently located in the UK, USA, Germany, Australia, Switzerland and Canada.

• 11. What is the minimum subscription term?

  Monthly subscriptions will renew automatically and are subject to a minimum 3 month term for all new purchases and upgrades. For more details please see our terms of service

• 12. I'm based in the UK, how can I pay my invoice?

  Your invoice will provide you two accepted payment methods; card payment or bank transfer.

  Our bank details will be provided on the invoice.

• 13. I'm not in the UK, how can I pay my invoice?

  Your invoice will provide you two accepted payment methods; card payment or bank transfer.

  If you would like to pay by international transfer (wire transfer), you will require our account name, IBAN and BIC number/codes.

  For US customers, you may require a W-8 form from us.
