1. Is Encodian Inxdr Free?
We offer a free trial and a paid subscription.
The free trial is active for 30 days and allows the processing of 10 documents per execution. After the free trial period ends, you must purchase a subscription to continue using Indxr. There is no limit on the number of documents per execution in the paid subscription.

4. What happens if a PDF is partially OCR'd?
Indxr is capable of running “Page Level OCR” and provides a setting where the solution will analyse which pages have OCR and only run operations on pages requiring a text layer to maximise performance speed.

5. How do I manage my trial or subscription?
Please log into your Encodian account portal to manage your Indxr trial, API key, subscription and other details.

Your invoice will provide you two accepted payment methods; card payment or bank transfer.
Our bank details will be provided on the invoice.

If you would like to pay by international transfer (wire transfer), you will require our account name, IBAN and BIC number/codes.
